Smith, and Heidi Moss Erickson. In addition to performing, she inspires singers and pianists at her own Angel Music Studios, where her distinct praxis integrates heartfelt musical mentorship with an understanding of voice science, meta-cognitive learning and personal development.
Angelina's clarion voice is regularly heard in community performances of Messiah in Vancouver, and in carefully curated benefit concerts highlighting various music genres and subjects. Currently she has been managing and singing with an instrumental group called Augmented Five, launching its second season. In her artistic pursuit Angelina seeks to integrate text and music with technical ease that becomes a personal expression of wholeness.
"In the Classical and Baroque periods, people had a view of a structured world where everything fit together. Singing or listening to sacred music from these periods organizes one’s mind to worship a God who is far beyond personal passions or interpretations. It is this beauty and order within complexity that I desire to communicate and inspire, and so ascend to new heights in apprehending and loving God."
